This is a lot, so please take a break. Give it a few hours before checking for the latest updates. Spend quality time with your family; enjoy that bit of extra time you have to spend with them. 5. Stay open

The mantras point to us being in this together. Let us live that way. Open up yourself to give and receive help. Help those around you who are in need.
