  2. Cut Down Smoking: Experts agree that smoking accelerates aging, so that smokers look 1.4 years older than nonsmokers, on average. Smoking hampers the blood supply that keeps skin tissue looking supple and healthy. The more you smoke, the higher your aging rate. So just turn it down a notch!
  3. Drink more Water and Retain the Water:  The fact is your skin is made up of cells. Like any other cell in the body are almost entirely made up of water. You simply can’t separate your ‘insides’ from your ‘outsides’ and say they are somehow different. Loss of hydration in the skin shows in all sorts of ways – dryness, tightness, flakiness. Dry skin has less resilience and is more prone to wrinkling. Water is essential to maintain skin moisture and is the vehicle for delivering essential nutrients to the skin cells. As water is lost in large quantities every day – it stands to reason you have to replace it somehow. Eat fruits and vegetables, use moisturizer, drink water at intervals. Drink and keep the water.
